Terms of service

This is a starting skeleton, not legal advice. Have it reviewed before you rely on it.

Last updated: replace with a date.

Using this site

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown and charged in the currency you select. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place an order is the price you pay for it.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline it — for example when an item has sold out or a price was listed in error — and we refund you in full when we do.

Stock

Stock levels are shown in good faith. If an item sells out between your order and our packing it, we contact you and refund that line.

Returns

Returns are covered by our returns page.

Liability

Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
