Return window

You may return an unworn item within 7 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached, in their original packaging.

What we cannot take back

• Innerwear and swimwear
• Beauty products once opened
• Anything marked final sale

How to start a return

1. Open your orders and find the order.
2. Message us from the contact page with your order number and the reason.
3. We reply with return instructions.

Refunds reach your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of the item reaching us.
